All postage and taxes incurred will be the customer's sole responsibility.

Returns:

Regrettably we can only offer free returns postage to UK customers. Customers outside of the UK will be asked to arrange their own return postage at their own cost. Please note that your dress will remain your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. If you require an exchange this may require additional postage charges. You will need to ensure that the dress reaches us within 7 days of the date on which it was delivered to you.

Please note that UK customs may apply customs charges when you return the dress. If they do then these charges will be charged to you by us. Your dress will only be released from customs once these charges are paid. Once you have paid these charges to us and your dress has been released we can then apply to customs to have the charges reversed. Should customs reverse the charges we will then return them to you.
