Returns (UK)

Returns Policy:

You can return any dress for a goodwill refund or exchange within 7 days of the date of delivery, subject to our returns policy. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Return cost:

We offer FREE courier collection to customers wishing to return their purchase for refund or exchange.

Exchanges:

Postage on prom dresses sent out in exchange is FREE. So if you order a dress from us and want to exchange it for another we will collect it for FREE and send the replacement out for FREE (we wouldn't want anything to get in the way of you finding your perfect dress!).

Refunds:

The full purchase price of the dress will be refunded back to your original payment method.
